Eat.Sleep.Polish - Fizzle & Pop Collection - Part 1

Boy oh boy did I have an interesting weekend. More to come on possible changes in the land of That Gal Jenna blog wise and "in real life" wise.

I had a huge swatch session this weekend with some beauties from Eat.Sleep.Polish.
A new brand to me and the blog. I've heard and seen so many good things about this brand so I was thrilled to finally get the polish on my paws.

Eat.Sleep.Polish has a new collection coming out on April 19th at 8pm eastern and it's such a fun collection!

It's called Fizzle & Pop for heavens sake...how can that not be a good time?

Because there are 6 polishes in this fabulous collection I thought I would spare you a complete overload of photos and split it into two parts. Today is Part 1...obviously! I wanted to be able to focus on the colors and thought splitting it up would do just that.

Let's take a look!

Fizzle & Pop - Part 1

(purple foil/chrome finish)

Coats -
Two coats. Perfect dry time and application. No issues whatsoever
Color Intensity -
I've never been a huge fan of foils or chromes but I feel like these may have changed my mind. I loved the variation of colors on this. It was either very foil like or a beautiful purple with less foil affect. It all depend on the lighting. Really pretty!
Top Coat - HK Girl
Base Coat - Liquid Lacquer base coat

(bright green foil/chrome finish)

Coats -
Two coats. Again just as easy as the previous. No formula issues.
Color Intensity -
Look it's no secret I LOVE green. This green is no exception to that love. With the perfect formula and a fabulous shade of green. It's a real spring winner. The foil finish keeps it from being too "in your face" of a color. A fabulous bold but subtle green.
Top Coat - HK Girl
Base Coat - Liquid Lacquer base coat

(rusty orange foil/chrome finish)

Coats -
Two perfect coats. No dragging. No pulling. No issues with dry time. Fabulous.
Color Intensity -
I'll be 100% honest with you. I thought this would be my least favorite color out of the six colors and it ended up being on of mu favorites. It's far enough away from "orange" to be a neutral but close enough to it to give it some serious oomph! The foil effect gives it some life and the base color itself is so pretty. Definitely my favorite out of the three. I love bright colors but sometimes I just want something a little subtle.
Top Coat - HK Girl
Base Coat - Liquid Lacquer base coat

Fizzle & Pop Collection

I want to take a minute and say....Oh My Gosh...THE CAT!!!

If there was ever a reason, besides the fabulous colors, to try this polish...it's the cat.

I wish all polishes had cats on them BUT I may be slightly biased.

This collection goes live on 4/18 at 8 pm eastern. Makes sure go snag a few of your favorites because I feel like they will go fast!

Here is all the need to know info for ESP.

COME BY TOMORROW FOR PART TWO!!
