Two coats. No issues with application.
Color Intensity -
Now I'm not a fan of frost finishes really but this one isn't heavy on the frost. It has more of a gleam to it than any frost I've used. Also the yellow sparkles are so darn jazzy. It's a great yellow to kick off the season because it's a "warm" enough yellow to keep it from feeling like a summer/spring polish.
