Enchanted Polish Review and Swatches - February 2015

Hello lovelies!

Today I have a Enchanted Polish to share with you. I so rarely post about the brand but mostly it's because I don't have many of them.

Last Sunday there was a restock of six new colors! Better yet...it was a pre-order so it wasn't impossible to snag them! Did you partake in the restock?

Okay let's get to it!

February 2015
**Yep it's a stunner in red. Like most EP's the formula was lovely. No staining with this either! You can find this in destash sales and what not so I highly recommend keeping an eye out for this beauty!**

I'm not a hard core EP follower but I do appreciate the brand and the colors Chelsea comes up with!

Do you have a favorite Enchanted?

See you next week!

A England Review and Swatches - Proserpine

Hey guys!

I'm back! Well I think I"m back at least. My intention is to be back with 2-3 posts per week as per usual.

Also thank you guys for all your well wishes and condolences. It meant a lot.

So with that being said...how about some photos of some pretty polish?

A England recently released a new collection, the Rossetti's Goddess collection, and this beauty is one of the four newbies!

You can find the whole collection for sale on Color4Nails!

**As with ALL A England the formula was perfection. The photos are shown with two thin coats. It can easily be worn with one coat but I have a hard time not using two! No issues with staining.**

Anyone in Need of a Smile?

Hello friends.

I'm not sure who is reading my posts this week but I'm enjoying them!

With all weirdness and confusion the last couple of weeks I need things that make me smile.

I hope these posts are helping you too if you are also going through a rough time! Or...if you just wanna smile.

Yesterday you saw some Try Guys and today...some random funnies.

This. So much.

This ferocious feline.

Me. Every day.

Me and my husband...every day.

So true. If you're feeling irritated...say bubbles...it will automatically lessen your anger.

I hope you found something that made you smile, smirk, laugh, or nod your head in humorous agreement.

Life Happens...Blog Posts Change

Hey guys.

This week is going to be a little different than most weeks.

My dad passed away on 5/3. Last week's posts were already written and scheduled to go live so there wasn't any change that week because of that. However, while all those posts were posting throughout the week, I was going through something I've never gone through.

Needless to say...I didn't paint my nails much and I definitely wasn't taking photos of bare nails!

So I wanted to post things this week but since I didn't have any of the normal content to post...I am just going to post things that make me smile.

My hope/goal is that things will get back to all that polish goodness next week.

Today I just want to share some of my favorite videos from...

The guys try UFC Fighting...I just love their fighting nicknames!

The guys test the legal alcohol limit...funny AND informative!

The guys taste test jerky...honestly I just love the comparisons Eugene gives to each flavor.

And lastly...in honor of Mother's Day...the try guys recorded a five part series inspired by moms! Here are all five!

Do you follow the Try Guys?

I will see you tomorrow with another post that hopefully makes you smile!

Hey guys!

How are things with you today?

I thought a break from full on collections would be nice for today.

I have an oldie but a goodie from Elevation Polish today!

I wore this baby for about 3 days because I loved it so much. It's such a beautiful purple and I loved the larger bits of glitter in it.

Let's get to it shall we?

***shown with two coats plus HK Girl Top coat. No issues with formula or application. Just a perfectly purple polish!***

Mid-week Coffee Break - Bad Cats, Peanut Butter, and Beautiful Views

Hello friends!

It's that time of the week again!

My eyes are oh so tired of looking at the bright lights of the computer monitor so I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

I've found some fab finds this week...starting off with a pretty fantastic mug!

This incredibly simple and elegant mug. I love how bright it its!

This idea is SO freaking cute! A circle on the wall painted the same as the shelf...genius!

This absolutely dreamy bedroom...and view!

This silly water loving kitteh.

Oh my...

White sangria...one of my favorite drinks...another favorite is red :p

Mystic Muse Nail Lacquer Swatches & Review - The Enchanted Collection

Hello my friends!

I have such an exciting and oh so enchanting collection to share with you today!

Mystic Muse...come on...they have some of the prettiest collections and now they added to the pretty with extra BEAUTIFUL bottles!

The toppers in the this collection are in special color specific bottles. Toppers in clear bases can be difficult to know just by looking at the bottle what color the topper will be...not the case here! The colors on the outside of the bottle reflect the color of the topper!

I just want to share that all the polishes are shown topped with the Crystal Clear top coat by Mystic Muse. Also the toppers are shown with one coat and polishes with two coats.

Okay now...Lots of photos to share now!

**color shifting polish - warm & spicy shades of red, orange, fuchsia, & gold**
***I'm not a fan of color shifts all that much but this is so so lush and rich. A true stunner. The colors in the shift go so perfectly together! No issues with formula, application, or staining.***

**A color shifting polish with a mauve base & shifts to blue, green, & purple**
***This is the most interesting polish. I've never seen or worn anything like it. It has a flatter finish the polish above but it's the flat finish that lets all the colors shine. The colors all over the place. There is so much life in this polish! No issues with formula, application, or staining***

**Topper in a clear base with red & gold shimmer**
***What a dainty & lovely addition to any polish. I LOVE toppers over black so here ya go! You get plenty of sparkle with one swipe of the brush. This is a shimmer so it's not insanely difficult to remove. Two thumbs up!***

**blue/silver/pink shimmer topper in a clear base**
***Another beautiful topper to add to the enchanted mix! This topper is more subtle than the last but not any less lovely. A lovely addition to any polish or polish stash! ***

**Cool sapphire & teal shimmers in a clear base**
***I believe this one has since been renamed to Mermaid's Song, just an informational FYI to you guys, I don't believe anything but the name changed. I wanted to show you a plain gray polish next to the topper over the same gray polish. This topper provides a beautifully subtle change over light polishes and more oomph over darker colors. You'll see it over black also.***
Above - Mermaid's Tears on all but ring finger to show the variation with & without MT.

Above - MT over black

 L-R over black -
Mermaid's Tears, Dragon Breath, and Unicorn Tears

That's it for this collection folks!

Which is your favorite? Did you snag any of them?
