NailNation 3000 Review and Swatches - Grinch in a Blender - Holo Grail Box

Hey guys!

I hope you all had a nice holiday, if you celebrated Christmas that is, if you didn't then I hope you had a nice weekend!

If you missed my short little post with my Christmas card then feel free to click here to see it!

Today I have a polish that was part of the December Holo Grail Box from Dazzled!

Dazzled is probably one of the best subscription boxes around when it comes to brands that are a part of it. The theme for December was The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

With that being said...here is Grinch in a Blender from NailNation 3000 -

Grinch in a Blender

Coats -
Two easy coats. No issues with staining, application, or formula.
Color Intensity -
This green is EVERYTHING. If you can find this polish in a resale then snag it! It's bright without being neon or obnoxious like bright green can be. Even though I like obnoxiously bright green too. :)

Mid-Week Coffee Break - Holiday Edition

Hey guys!

So let me clarify what "holiday edition" means to me. It means...sparkle.

So all most of what you see today has to do with sparkles in some way, shape, or form.

Of course there is also food and drinks because...yum.

Good news! We managed to take a holiday photo and I'll be sharing it on Christmas Day. This will be my last "real" post until Monday. By real I mean something other than a single photo.

Now it's time for a little coffee break.

So simple and so cute!

Come on...what's a girl gotta do to get this stunning and fabulous mirror?

I'm nothing short of obsessed with these. Mint + glitter and gold leaf = yes please!

I don't have any clothing that would warrant such fancy hangers but these are so pretty!

This blog is freaking beautiful...the photos alone make you want to eat what you see! This cake is so festive and looks divine!

I love this super simple recipe for a holiday drink that the whole family can have. The simplicity is my favorite part...simple is the name of the game for the holidays!

I hope you found something today that you loved!

Bear Pawlish Review and Swatches - Envious

Hello again!

I hope you enjoyed the pop of red from Pretty Serious Cosmetics yesterday!

Today I have a stunner of a green from the one and only Bear Pawlish!

I'm going to keep it short and simple for you today because the sooner we get to the photos the better!

Coats -
Three thin coats. This is more of a jelly finish which sometimes needs an extra coat or two for opacity. No application issues or staining.
Color Intensity -
This is a beautiful deep and dark green. Another coat would give it an even darker finish. It's bold enough to make a statement but dark and rich enough to be a chic green. It's been raining for 3 days here so I am without a sunlight photo but trust me when I say the holo is divine!
Top Coat - HK Girl
Base Coat - Pretty Serious

Have you tried Bear Pawlish yet?

Pretty Serious Cosmetics Review and Swatches - Evie's First Christmas

Hey everyone!

I thought this week, Monday and Tuesday, I would share holiday inspired manis.

No...not nail art...because me and nail art do not mix.

Holiday colors are the shining stars this week. My mid-week coffee break post will be holiday themed, or as much as I can make it, and that may be it for the week.

I'm thinking of trying to wrangle up a couple cats and my husband for a little Christmas photo to share here Thursday so we shall see how that goes!

Today I have a fantabulous new polish from Pretty Serious! Evie's First Christmas comes as a part of a bundle. You receive the polish, a glass nail file, and a candy cane scented cuticle oil. Yep. It's a pretty perfect bundle.

Coats -
Three thin coats. Two regular coats would be sufficient.
Color Intensity -
I just LOVE the color of this red. It's bright and fun and bold! The gold shimmer in it gives it a little something extra. The perfect red for any time of year!
Top Coat - HK Girl
Base Coat - Pretty Serious base coat (LOVE THIS BASE COAT)

I will see you tomorrow with another holiday-esque polish!

Mid-Week Coffee Break - Red Lips, Haute Velvet, and Hot Chocolate

 Happy coffee break time!

I have a lot of retro action today...not intentional...just a happy accident.

Time to take a break and grab a cup of joe or tea...or hot chocolate...because...yum.

I actually own this and it's one of my favorite mugs!

Now that's a staircase.

If I had a home phone line...this would be at my desk.

Far too expensive for me to own in my lifetime...but oooh my...it's beautiful.

This perfectly kitschy and fabulous room is dreamy. That coffee table!

I'm taking a break from the alcoholic drinks to share this oh so yummy hot cocoa...yes please!

I may or may not have a post for tomorrow...we'll see how this day shapes up!

Love, Angeline Swatches - Emerald City

Hey guys!

I just have a quick little post for you today.

I'm not going to include "review" in this but since this isn't available in the Love, Angeline shop anymore I figure I'll just share some photos.

Emerald City is a polish that was released over a year ago I believe and I actually snagged this second hand. So watch out for storenvy sales!

NailNation 3000 Review and Swatches - Fa Holo La La, Phishing For Holo, and Twinkle Twinkle

Hey guys!

You may have noticed, or maybe not, I didn't post after Wednesday last week.

It was partially intentional because I broke two nails and didn't have anything ready to post so I was trying to wait until I had some growth back on my shorter than usual nails.

Today's photos were pre-nail break but I wanted to share these today hence why I didn't post them last week!

Anywho...

I have three toppers from NailNation 3000 to share with you today. All of which are currently available in the shop and are part of the new holiday collection of polishes.

(multi-sized glitters in an array of colors - shown over NN3000 Matters of the Heart)

(transparent hexi and glitter bomb w/ a medium holo tinted base)

**shown alone with three coats**

over Essie Licorice
Coats -
Two thin coats of each topper used
Fa Holo La La I placed the large glitters on with brush - no major fishing for the large glitters - they were very easy to locate. I just preferred individual placement
Color Intensity -
Fa Holo La La - I'm not normally a fan of glitters with LARGE glitters but I'm obsessed with the color of the big circle glitter. I think this would look so fun over so many colors.
Phishing For Holo - I love this on it's own and as a topper. If you don't mind a visible nail line you will probably like this worn alone also. Also a ridge filling base coat would probably help with the nail line if worn on it's own. As you can see in the macros of this the holo in this is strong! A super fun topper for sure.
Twinkle Twinkle - Hellllooo flakies! I love how this looks over black so much. The flakies shift from blue to green to purple. And the holo in it adds to the overall pizazz of this topper.
