Hello Lovelies! Finally a non-work outfit!
I looove this dress. It's a tad short for my taste but with the tried and true tights it doesn't feel SO short. Plus I pair it with flats for the most part which also helps with the length.
Ooooh...I love these earrings...I wear them at least once a week when I need a subtle earring but still with some color in it.
Please don't let my roots distract from the oh so lovely bright flowers on the dress! 2 more weeks until my hair appointment!

Our date night consisted of dinner and a movie, we saw Captain America, which wasn't AS good as I thought it would be but still worth seeing!

Hey lovelies!!
I should tell you that you may notice a trend of outfits that may be more along the lines of office-wear. Well that's because I'm in the office 5 days out of the week...but have no fear I have always given my best effort to liven up the "business casual"...hopefully!
*Also, this is probably the last "what I wore" for this week, I promise NOT to bore you with my clothing details too often! I may feature a far more fun and non-work related WIW post this weekend!*
I've had this dress for years and it's always been a good staple in my work wardrobe. It's got a vintage flair to it with the fit and the details.
Oh deep blue tights...how I love thee...you bring a fun pop of unexpected color to the dress!
Even though my jewelry collection grows...sometimes weekly...these are still one of my absolute favorites! The mushrooms and colors are dreamy and I love the tear drop shape.
Love. A pseudo-suede pair of wedges...yes please.

So on my out the door to work this morning, I thought I would try to take a quick shot or two of my ensemble before all the happiness of the outfit got all tainted by being inside the office all day!

Shoes - DSW (Rocket Dog)
PS - I'm seriously considering participating in the vlog series that I've been reading about. So good or bad you may be seeing me (and possibly random gremlions) on a video post in the near future!
Speaking of my little lions, after shopping this afternoon (and finding a super fierce pair of wedges which I'm sure you'll see soon!) my littlest lion just couldn't stay away from the bag.
