That Gal Jenna

Hey everyone! How is your Thursday going so far? I am SO ready for the weekend...even though I'll be packing...I'm still counting down the hours until it's here!

I found the cutest darn tutorial recently and I just knew I had to share it this weeks installment of Thrifty Thursday!

How often do you say to yourself, "Darn, I sure could use some felt fridge magnets", more often than you would imagine I'm assuming. Lucky for you that is just what I have to share with you today!

To get the instructions for these oh so cute magnets visit Craftapalooza!

On to the giveaway, or should I say potential giveaway, I am daringly close to 100 fabulous followers!

My plan is when I hit the big 1-0-0 is to giveaway a custom pet bed! The winner will be able choose the fabric and any personal customization! Are you as excited as I am?!

And why not? It's about time I share my love of animals, the crafts I make for them, and my fascination with all things that make me smile.

I'm thankful for my mom for always saying I should blog and Etsy for opening my mind up a bit to the blogging world, so let's give it the old college try, what do you say?

The whole idea of crafting animals specifically stemmed from my fabulous furry little four-legged children, cats of course, not actual children that are furry with four legs! I was fed up with searching for affordable and fun pet beds online and in stores and coming out empty handed because the beds were either just too expensive and oh-so-boring! Is anyone else tired of that too?

So I stumbled upon fleece and then my accidental run in with it turned into a love of it. It's soft AND fun how can I not love that? I started making what I now so lovingly call Snooze N' Play Pet Pads for my three feisty felines. When I realized how much they loved them, I thought, maybe I should try making these for other fur babies in the world to enjoy. And the rest was history....see below for just a few of the Happy Tails!

So this is where the story begins in the world of SewSavoirFaire Creations. Luckily, there are so many more chapters to come, get a sneak peak of the chapters yet to be written by checking out my Etsy site.
