First off, I want to get past the not so fabulous part of this post, the house update. As of right now, I have no idea what's going on with it, I am "supposed" to close at 2 pm today BUT I'm still not "clear" to close. It could be moved until Monday but I won't know until someone friggin' tells me something...it's very difficult not to be in control in this type of situation. Ahhhh!

Anyway, onward to far more pretty and fabulous things, todays theme for my finds is - 

All Things Whimsical. 

When I'm stressed and not in the most positive state of mind (stupid house!) I seek out things that make me smile. Things that have a whimsical feel to them do just that. 

Music Cat via chetart - I know it's surprising to see a cat item on this blog but come on...how cute is this print? Silly cat. All his art is amazing!

Blue Unicorn Figurines via melissap6908 - Eeek! Blue Unicorns? Yes please!

Owl Bookends via andralynn - I don't necessarily need bookends but I want these! It's hard to say no to book lovin' owls.

Whimsical Woodland Deer Painting via loriamckee - I love the color scheme of this painting and the deers are so darn cute! Lots of colorful and cute items in her shop!

Woodland Fantasy Mushroom Necklace via seaofbees - Seriously? I've never seen anything so cute...okay I've probably seen cuter things...but this is close.

I think this has been one of my favorite set of finds, every single one of them make me smile, and right about now I need that! 

Here's hoping I get some good news soon so I can't stop whining about the house!

This house thing is driving me nutty I tell you! I'm still not in the "clear to close" status and I'm supposed to close in 2 days! Seriously!

But I digress.

And why not? It's about time I share my love of animals, the crafts I make for them, and my fascination with all things that make me smile.

I'm thankful for my mom for always saying I should blog and Etsy for opening my mind up a bit to the blogging world, so let's give it the old college try, what do you say? 

The whole idea of crafting animals specifically stemmed from my fabulous furry little four-legged children, cats of course, not actual children that are furry with four legs! I was fed up with searching for affordable and fun pet beds online and in stores and coming out empty handed because the beds were either just too expensive and oh-so-boring! Is anyone else tired of that too?

So I stumbled upon fleece and then my accidental run in with it turned into a love of it. It's soft AND fun how can I not love that? I started making what I now so lovingly call Snooze N' Play Pet Pads for my three feisty felines. When I realized how much they loved them, I thought, maybe I should try making these for other fur babies in the world to enjoy. And the rest was history....see below for just a few of the Happy Tails!
