Hey lovelies!
So in case you missed it...I finally recorded the proposal vlog...I'd link to it but it's the post right below this one. So just scroll down if you want to see it! PS - I didn't realize until after I recorded it that it looks like I have no friggin' eyes because I have black glasses and bangs AND without any lighting. You can see the whites of my eyes every now and again so don't worry. I DO have eyes :p
So how was your weekend? Did you get anything marked off your "to do" list?
The fiance and I celebrated the 1 year countdown to the wedding on Saturday and went out to dinner. I'm telling you...if you have a Maggiano's in your area...do yourself a favor and try their sangria! It's delicious. The white or the red is divine.
Oh and I also got my CD with our engagement photos!! I will be posting them this week for you guys to see.

I love this dress. I bought it last year and never wore it because I just couldn't get it to fit...BUT..it does now!
Here is where the faux leather comes into play! I love "beefing" up my girlie girl dresses with a more rough and tumble style shoe. I should've named the post Faux-Lita and Lace!

awesome combo! Also I LOVE sangria and always order it when I see it on a menu! (although it really varies, from sicky sweet wine with 7-up to yummy concotions with real fruit juice, but honestly I like it all!)

I love the edgy shoes with the pink, lacy dress. Good idea to toughen it up a little. Sometimes I feel a little too sugary when I pair girly dresses with girly shoes :) I really love this dress, I'm glad you saved it!
