Thrifty *Tutorial* Thursday - Halloween Edition

Tick tock time is ticking away and it'll soon be Halloween!

I received my Pebbles costume in the mail yesterday, sadly it's pretty large, BUT my wig fits and oh my goodness it is too cute. SO...I'll figure something out : )

And look who made themselves comfy in the package my costume came in....Trixie...she is still SO tiny even at 6 months old!
Have you narrowed it down to what you'll be wearing this year?

I came across such a cute and time friendly Halloween craft and thought it would be perfect to share with you guys!

Friendly Ghosts

Pop on over to Country Living to see the slideshow of instructions. There are 4 or 5 slides so not a difficult or super time consuming craft to do. Not to mention...those ghosts are so cute...I mean hauntingly creepy of course :p

Have you made a lot of homemade Halloween crafts this year?

*Make sure to swing by tomorrow for Fabulous Friday Finds AND I have to share with you my new easy on the pocketbook coffee table and where I found the bargain!*

Talk to you soon!

  3. I have found another "crazy cat lady" like myself! We have four cats and my daughter brought home a wounded stray last night! He'll be ok, but the others aren't playing nice!

    Love the ghosts!

  8. How adorable is Trixie!! THat is the cutest :) My cat Paris loves hiding in little boxes and any bag she can get her hands on.

I never get tired of watching her try and squeeze into my shopping bags...oh and did I mention she is nearly 6 years old. That girl will never grow up

  9. Haha, Trixie is so funny! Gotta love those cats! I think they would go crazy trying to figure out how to catch those ghosts if you hung them up!

Halloween isn't popular over here so I've never made a crafty thing for that holiday. I did carve jack-o-lanterns a few years ago and LOVED it! I quite fancy doing that again.
