Hello all! How is your 2nd week of July shaping up?

I received good news today, via snail mail, there is a closing date scheduled for my new home! Granted, I'm still waiting to find out if my loan was approved, but that info could very well be included in the large envelope of papers I received last week. However, I didn't understand anything the ominous pack of 8.5x11 pieces of paper said, fortunately I have an appointment with my loan officer tomorrow in hopes she will tell me that my loan was approved and to further explain the contents of the snarky little pieces of paper.

PS - the closing date is August 12th!

Okay now for the point of this post -
